The intended purpose of an orthotic device is to improve the way you move (walk, run or function) by reducing excess load on the affected part of your body. Foot Orthoses are devices worn in footwear and are used to control and restore ideal motion of the foot and lower limb, by correcting alignment issues and abnormal foot pressure patterns, to assist in the management of foot and lower limb problems.
