Properties:
neomoscan RD is an alkaline, active chlorine containing detergent in a
non-foaming
formulation.
Main fields of application:
neomoscan RD can be used in all current manual and automated cleaning
processes in the
food industry. Preferred fields of application are e. g. in the milk
processing industry the
cleaning of milk collection tankers, containers and pipes, churning
machines and containers
used in cheese manufacturing.
neomoscan RD is used in the beverage industry for the cleaning of beer
barrels,
transportation and storage tanks, pipes, mixing and racking
installations, beer hoses,
transportation crates and containers, as well as for general
operational cleaning.
Because of its particularly mild composition neomoscan RD is suitable
for the treatment of
surfaces made of stainless steel, normal steel, iron, aluminium,
brass, copper, vitreous
enamel, plastic, rubber, as well as tin-plated materials.
Only for professional use.
Dosage:
The concentrations for use of neomoscan RD are between 0.5 - 2 % (w/w)
in a
temperature range of 40 - 85 °C, depending on the process.
Surfaces that come into contact with food must be rinsed with drinking
water after each
cleaning and disinfection to remove residues.
