COMPOSITION:

Isosorbide Mononitrate 60 mg
Also contains: 81.75 mg sugar
Also contains: 122.61 mg sugar
And also: Lactose, sucrose, shellac, maize starch, purified talc,
eudragit L-100,
eudragit RS-100.
THERAPEUTIC GROUP: Nitrates.
THERAPEUTIC ACTION: For the prevention of angina pectoris.
WHEN SHOULD THE PRODUCT NOT BE USED?
Do not use if you are hypersensitive to one of its ingredients or to
other
medications of the nitrates group.
Do not use this medicine concomitantly with a product containing
sildenafil
(Viagra) in view of the severe side effects that may occur (such as:
fainting,
myocardial infarction).
This preparation is not intended for the relief of acute attack of
angina pectoris.
THIS MEDICINE SHOULD NOT BE USED WITHOUT CONSULTING YOUR PHYSICIAN
PRIOR
TO COMMENCING TREATMENT:
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you suffer or have suffered dysfunction of the: heart (myocardial
infarction),
eyes (e.g. glaucoma), liver, kidneys/urinary system, digestive system
(e.g.
ulcer), thyroid gland, hypotension, cerebral damage, hemorrhage or
disturbance,
low body temperature, severe anemia.
HOW WILL THIS MEDICINE AFFECT YOUR EVERY DAY LIFE?
Wines or alcoholic beverages must not be taken during treatment with
this
medicine.
WARNINGS:
This preparation contains lactose and may cause an allergic reaction
in patients
sensitive to lactose.
During treatment with this medicine, blood pressure tests and liver
function
tests should be performed.
Avoid sudden transition from a lying/sitting position to a standing
position, in
order to avoid dizzine
