Dosage Form: Chopped tea leaves
Strengh of active ingredient:
Each 0.5 gram dose contains: 0.5 g chopped Senna leaves (Folium Cassia
angustifolia vahl), containing 12.5 mg of
hydroxyanthracene derivatives calculated as Sennoside B.
Active ingredient:
Senna leaves (Folium Cassia angustifolia Vahl), chopped.
Dosage/use instruction:
How much to take it
Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:
Adults and children over 12 years of age take 0.5 g (1 full spoon) of
Bekunis
®
Senna Herbal Tea once a day at bedtime.
Use the measuring spoon provided. Place Bekunis
®
Senna Herbal Tea in a cup and pour on 150 ml of boiling water.
Allow the tea to draw for 5 – 20 minutes, then strain off. It is
recommended that you drink the tea before retiring.
When to take it
For oral administration after preparation of the tea infusion.
Storage conditions:
You must no longer use the medicinal product after the expiry date
stated on the container.
The expiry date relates to the last day of the month.
Shelf life after the pack has been opened: 6 months.
Store below 25 °C, protect from light and moisture.
