EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE
This medicine is a calcium antagonist which relaxes coronary and
peripheral vessels by
reducing the influx of calcium into the cells. As a result, it lowers
blood pressure and prevents
an angina attack.
It is usually used to treat hypertension and angina.
THE FOLLOWING PATIENTS MAY NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS
