CYPERCARE
CONTAINS:
25 g/L Cypermethrin.
INDICATIONS:
CYPERCARE is indicated to control lice and keds on shorn sheep (and
long wool sheep at
double dose), and biting and sucking lice on goats. Control is
achieved in 4-6 weeks.
CYPERCARE can be used on pregnant ewes, young lambs and breeding rams.
To avoid
insecticide contact when concurrent treatments are carried out,
CYPERCARE should be applied
last. CYPERCARE is recognized as a statutory dip and is approved for
use as a wool marker.
BY LAW THE USER MUST TAKE DUE CARE, OBTAINING EXPERT ADVICE WHEN
NECESSARY, TO AVOID
UNNECESSARY PAIN AND DISTRESS WHEN USING THE PRODUCT OTHER THAN AS
DIRECTED ON THE LABEL.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Do not mix CYPERCARE with other pour-ons. Rinse guns with water if
other products have been
used. No mixing required. Apply using a conventional drench gun with a
fan jet nozzle on the
wool along the midline of the back.
IT IS AN OFFENCE FOR USERS OF THIS PRODUCT TO CAUSE RESIDUES EXCEEDING
THE RELEVANT MRL IN
THE FOOD NOTICE: MAXIMUM RESIDUE LEVELS FOR AGRICULTURAL COMPOUNDS.
WITHHOLDING PERIOD:
MEAT – Animals producing meat or offal for human consumption must
not be sold for slaughter
either during treatment or within 14 days of the last treatment.
MILK – Milk intended for sale for human consumption must be
discarded during treatment and for
not less than 35 days following the last treatment.
WOOL RESIDUES:
Ensure the time between dipping and subsequent shearing is at least
two months when used at 1
mL/5 kg and three months when used at 2 mL/5 kg.
