PERMIT TO ALLOW MINOR USE OF AN AGVET CHEMICAL PRODUCT
PERMIT NUMBER –PER 81755
This permit is issued to the Permit Holder in response to an
application granted by the APVMA
under section 112 of the _Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code,
scheduled to the _
_Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act 1994_ (the Agvet Code)
of the jurisdictions set
out below. This permit allows a person, as stipulated below, to use
the product in the manner
specified in this permit in the designated jurisdictions. This permit
also allows any person to
claim that the product can be used in the manner specified in this
permit. If this permit were
not issued, use of the product as specified below would constitute an
offence under sections 79
and 84 of the Agvet Code.
THIS PERMIT IS IN FORCE FROM 2 JUNE 2016 TO 30 APRIL 2021.

surgeon for methyltestosterone for use in breeding salmonids, and
having a copy of this permit.

In feed use: 1-3 mg/kg or as
directed by the dispensing
veterinarian
The product is mixed with
ethanol and then sprayed onto
feed.
WITHHOLDING PERIOD:
DO NOT USE in fish that may be used for human consumption.
TREATED WATER MANAGEMENT
Treated water must not be discharged into groundwater, streams, sewers
etc. Unused treated
feed is to be disposed of by incineration or deep burial.
