PERMIT TO ALLOW SUPPLY AND MINOR USE OF AN UNREGISTERED
VETERINARY CHEMICAL PRODUCT
PERMIT NUMBER - PER14482
This permit is issued to the Permit Holder under section 114 of the
Agricultural and Veterinary
Chemicals Code, scheduled to the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals
Code Act 1994 (the
Agvet Code) in response to an application granted by the APVMA under
section 112 of the Agvet
Codes of the jurisdictions set out below. This permit allows a person,
as stipulated below, to
supply and use The Product in the manner specified in this permit in
the designated jurisdictions.
If this permit were not issued, supply of The Product as specified
below would constitute an
offence under section 78 of the Agvet Code. This permit also allows
any person to claim that The
Product can be used in the manner specified in this permit.
THIS PERMIT IS IN FORCE FROM 16 DECEMBER 2013 TO 28 FEBRUARY 2018.

CONDITIONS
SUPPLY
1.
The Holder may supply the Product to registered veterinarians if:
a.
The preparation of the Product is restricted to cultures of
microorganisms which
have been inactivated and are non-toxic.
b.
The Product must be prepared in a GMP category 1 (immunobiologicals)
licensed facility.
c.
Where imported biological materia
