This permit allows a person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner specified in this permit in the designated jurisdictions. PER80064 Permit Version 2 Page 2 of 3 CONDITIONS OF USE PRODUCT TO BE USED: Any registered product containing either 200 g/L, 300 g/L, 400 g/L, 460 g/L, 500 g/L, 600 g/L, 620 g/L or 625 g/L PHOSPHOROUS ACID as their only active constituent. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: CROP DISEASE RATE Strawberries (post-planting only) Crown rot (_Phytophthora _spp.) 6L of 200 g/L product, 4L of 300 g/L product, 3L of 400 g/L product, 2.6L of 460 g/L product, 2.4L of 500 g/L product, 2L of 600 g/L product, 1.935L of 620 g/L product or 1.92L of 625 g/L product per hectare CRITICAL USE COMMENTS: Apply as a foliar application. Spray to just prior to point of run-off. Apply after establishment and at weekly intervals for 2-3 weeks. Apply a maximum of 4 sprays only. DO NOT use on strawberry runner beds. DO NOT apply to moisture stressed plants. DO NOT apply in high temperatures particularly if humidity is low. CAUTION: To avoid phytotoxic burn to plants, the spray tank pH should be maintained at a level greater than 7.2.
