CONTRAINDICATIONS: This product is contraindicated for use in animals with a history of allergic reactions to penicillins. This product is contraindicated for use in small herbivores (eg rabbits, guinea pigs). DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: DOGS AND CATS 12.5mg/kg bodyweight twice daily Dose rates of up to 25mg/kg bodyweight have shown to be effective in refractory cases. Duration of therapy is typically 5-7 days or for 48 hours after clinical signs have subsided. Longer duration of therapy (up to 28 days) is recommended for chronic cystitis and dermatitis conditions.
