Label Text – Rilexine 200LC June 2020 Left Panel ACTIVE INGREDIENTS (per 10mL syringe) 200mg cephalexin as cephalexin monohydrate INDICATIONS For the treatment of acute and chronic mastitis in lactating cows due to cephalexin- sensitive organisms. These include Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus uberis, S. agalactiae, S. dysgalactiae and Escherichia coli. DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION Milk out infected quarter and disinfect teat tip. Infuse the entire contents of syringe into the infected quarter. Gently massage the udder to aid dispersal of Rilexine ® 200 LC through the udder tissue. Repeat at each milking for 3-4 milkings. WITHOLDING PERIODS It is an offence for users of this product to cause residues exceeding the relevant MRL in the Food Notice: Maximum Residue Levels for Agricultural Compounds.
