READYSERVE ALTRENOGEST INJECTION FOR HORSES
ACTIVE CONSTITUENT: 50 MG/ML ALTRENOGEST
For the suppression of oestrus in normally cycling mares.
For the maintenance of pregnancy in mares at risk of early embryonic
death or abortion where
progesterone deficiency is thought to be the underlying cause.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
RESTRAINTS:
DO NOT USE in horses that may be used for human consumption.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Use the contents within 3 months of first broaching of the vial.
Discard the unused portion.
FOR SUPPRESSION OF OESTRUS:
3 mL per 500 kg bodyweight by intramuscular injection once every 5-7
days as required to suppress signs of oestrus.
FOR MAINTENANCE OF PREGNANCY:
3 mL per 500 kg bodyweight by intramuscular injection on the 5th
day after ovulation in the mated or inseminated mare, and then every 5
days until day 120 of gestation.
MEAT WITHHOLDING PERIOD (HORSES): DO NOT USE IN HORSES THAT MAY BE
USED FOR
HUMAN CONSUMPTION.
