Terapijske indikacije:

The modular revision distal stem is manufactured from Ti6Al4V and is designed to be used with the modular revision neck. The neck and stem are connected by a morse taper additionally secured with a safety screw. The outer surfaces are sandblasted, leading to a macroroughened finishing. The Modular Revision distal stem forms part of the modular revision hip system that is designed to treat: - Advanced articular destruction combined with congenital or acquired deformity; - Proximal femoral bone deficiency requiring hip arthroplasty: Fracture (primary fracture in the sub-trochanteric region, periprosthetic fracture) ? Failure of medical devices, e. g. primary total hip prosthesis, osteosynthesis ? Correction of rotational malalignment, trochanteric osteotomy, dysplasia.
