GENESIS ULTRA HI-MINERAL MINERALISED ORAL DRENCH FOR SHEEP
CONTAINS: 1 g/L abamectin, 50 g/L closantel (as sodium salt), 0.5 g/L
selenium (as
sodium selenate) and 2.2 g/L cobalt (as disodium cobalt EDTA).
Genesis Ultra Hi-Mineral contains abamectin, a member of the
macrocyclic lactones;
and closantel, a silicylanilide. It is effective against internal
parasites sensitive to either
family of actives and has persistent activity of up to 42 days against
_Haemonchus _
_contortus_.
INDICATIONS:
For the treatment and control of the following mature and immature
roundworms and
liver fluke in sheep: _Haemonchus contortus_,_Trichostrongylus axei,
Trichostrongylus _
_colubriformis, Trichostrongylus vitrinis, Ostertagia circumcincta,
Ostertagia trifurcata, _
_Cooperia oncophora, Cooperia surnabada, Cooperia punctata,
Nematodirus spathiger, _
_Fasciola hepatica, Dictyocaulus filaria_.
Resistance can develop to any anthelmintic. It is advisable that a
resistance test be
conducted regularly when using any parasite treatment. Ask your local
veterinary
practitioner or animal health advisor for recommended parasite
management practices
for your area to reduce development of resistance.
PRECAUTIONS: Do not use at the same time as any other selenised
fertilizer, prill or product and
do not exceed stated dose or frequency without consulting a
veterinarian. Do not overdose lambs
under 15 kg or 4 weeks of age.
