GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS LUPINS ONLY: This product will reduce inoculum levels on inoculated seed and should only be used on seed to be sown in ground where existing soil inoculum levels will provide adequate nodulation. Spray inoculation is not recommended. This product should be used as part of an integrated disease management strategy, particularly in areas with high disease pressure. Where possible, the following disease management practices should be used in conjunction with CHIEF 250 SC: • Stubble Retention • Clean Seed Source • Direct Drilling • Correct Seeding Rate • Correct Seeding Depth • Avoid Late Sowing • Correct Rotations MIXING Shake the container well before using. Add the required volume of CHIEF 250 SC to the water whilst agitating. APPLICATION LUPINS ONLY: Slowly add the mixture to the seed and mix thoroughly ensuring thorough coverage of the seed. POTATOES ONLY: Ensure good coverage of seed material and planting furrow. This can be achieved by applying CHIEF 250 SC as a fine spray to the seed at the time of planting using spray equipment mounted on the planter, and nozzles located at three points on each planter row to ensure uniform coating of the seed. A minimum water volume of 80 L/tonne should be used. Further information can be obtained from a FARMOZ representative. FUNGICIDE RESISTANCE WARNING FARMOZ CHIEF ® 250 SC Seed Dressing Fungicide is a member of the Dicarboximide group of fungicides. For fungicide resistance management CHIEF 250 SC is a Group B fungicide. Some naturally occurring individual fungi resistant to CHIEF 250 SC and other Group B fungicides may exist through normal genetic variability in any fungal population. The resistant individuals can eventually dominate the fungal population if these fungicides are used repeatedly. These resistant fungi will not be controlled by CHIEF 250 SC or other Group B fungicides, thus resulting in a reduction in efficacy and possible yield loss. Since the occurrence of resistant fungi is difficult to detect prior to use, FARMOZ P Pročitajte cijeli dokument
