A non-sterile topical device intended to be applied to the surface of a wart for its eventual removal after repeated applications by dehydrating and drying warts. The precision of application with this intended device ensures controlled release of the formic acid onto the treatment site. It is normally available (non-prescription) over the counter (OTC). Application of formic acid in a unique precise applicator ensures that the intended device stays on the site of action and doesn?t harm the intact skin around the wart. After application, this device cannot be reused, although the product within the tube allows multiple application, within expiry date.
