EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE
This medicine has an affinity for opioid receptors and exerts potent
analgesic effect.
It is usually used to relieve persistent pain associated with
osteoarthritis and low back pain
which is refractory to non-opioid analgesics.
THE FOLLOWING PATIENTS MAY NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS
MEDICINE.BE SURE TO TELL YOUR DOCTOR
AND PHARMACIST.
・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch,
rash, etc.) to any medicines
or foods.
If you have susceptibility to QT prolongation.
If you have or have a history of drug/alcohol dependence.
If you have narcotic dependence, respiratory dysfunction, organic
brain disorder (head injury,
intracranial lesion, etc.), hepatic/renal dysfunction, paralytic
ileus, biliary disease, or high
fever.
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may
interact to enhance or
diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and
dietary supplements
