WWW.DRWEIGERT.COM neodisher ® D 20 Additive component for use in dishwashers to enhance the cleaning action Liquid concentrate Fields of application: • Use in dishwashers where are cleaning problems with tableware used for coffee and tea Performance spectrum: • Liquid additive component used for enhancing the cleaning action, and especially to assist the removal of tannin residues • Suitable for commercial dishwashing machines • Suitable for hotel china, stainless steel or ordinary plastics • Only for use in combination with an alkaline neodisher detergent Special properties: • Good cleaning action with tannin residues • Ideal combination with neodisher Alka 200 also regards economy • With active chlorine Application and dosage: Use in dishwashers: 1 - 3 ml/l in combination with an alkaline neodisher detergent. The product is dispensed in parallel with an alkaline neodisher detergent if there are problems with cleaning of coffee and tea residues. The use of neodisher D 20 together with neodisher Alka 200 has been found to be an ideal combination, also as regards economy. This involves dispensing the two products in parallel, using only enough of each product as is required to remove the residues in question. Notes on application: • Only for professional use . • Rinse out dosing system and suction hose with water before changing the product. • The neodisher D 20 working solution has to be rinsed out completely by sufficient rinsing. • Do not mix with other products . • Storage and transport only permitted in original packaging . Technical data: pH-range 10.9 – 11.1 (1 - 3 g/l, determined in deionised water, 20 °C) Density 1.2 g/cm 3 (20 °C) Viscosity < 10 mPa · s (concentrate, 20 °C) In using the component method with neodisher Alka 200 and neodisher D 20 (see example), a special titration method is used to establish the required concentration.
