BioRelease Deslorelin (BRD)
is
indicated for inducing ovulation within 48
hours
in
oestrous mares with
an
ovarian follicle greater than 30 mm
in
diameter.
Follicular size should be determined by rectal palpation and/or
ultrasonography prior to treatment.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
DISCARD VIAL WITHIN 28 DAYS
OF
INITIAL BROACHING.
SHAKE WELL PRIOR TO USE.
Inject 1.0
ml
by intramuscular (IM) injection (1.25
mg
deslorelin per dose).
MEAT WITHHOLDING PERIOD: ZERO (0) DAYS

STATEMENTS OF HAZARD
May be harmful if swallowed or absorbed through the skin.
May cause mild skin irritation.
May cause eye damage.
Deslorelin has reproductive effects in both males and females.
Harmful to aquatic organisms and terrestrial vertebrates.
PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS
Handle this product with care to avoid accidental injection, and
particularly by
pregnant woman, If accidental injection does occur, seek medical
advice
immediately.
Avoid contact with the skin and the eyes.
Wear eye and face protection.
Wash hands and exposed skin before meals and after use.
If skin or hair contact occurs remove contaminated clothing and flush
skin and
hair with running water. If splashed in eyes wash out immediately with
water.
