EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE
This histamine H
2
-receptor antagonist inhibits gastric acid secretion and cures ulcer,
inflammation, bleeding, etc.
It is usually used to treat symptoms caused by
gastric/duodenal/anastomotic ulcer, Zollinger-
Ellison syndrome, reflux esophagitis, upper gastrointestinal bleeding,
and gastritis.
THE FOLLOWING PATIENTS MAY NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS
MEDICINE.BE SURE TO TELL YOUR DOCTOR
AND PHARMACIST.
