Also effective in controlling immature and mature large strongyles
(Strongylus vulgaris,
Strongylus edentatus
and
Strongylus equinus),
mature and immature benzimidazole-
susceptible small
strongyles, Ascarids
(Parascaris equorum)
and Pinworms
(Oxyuris
eqw)
in horses.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
For oral
administration
Give 5 mL panacur" equine guard per 65 kg bodyweight daily for 5
consecutive days.
panacur" equine guard can be mixed with grain or concentrate feed.
The full
daily
dosage must be given as one administration.
Treatment of encysted inhibited and encysted mucosal
small
strongyle larvae should be
performed twice a year,
in late autumn
(April!
May) and again in spring (October).
Treat
any new horse or any horse who fails to maintain condition with a 5
day course of
panacur
®
equine guard at any time of the year.
panacur
®
equine guard may be administered to pregnant mares and working
stallions.
When used as directed no precautions are required other that
those normally associated
with the careful
handling of
stock, especially weak,
or pregnant animals.
