NUFLOR ® PIG PREMIX Florfenicol, the active ingredient in NUFLOR Pig Premix, is a synthetic, broad spectrum antibiotic active against many gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria isolated from domestic animals. Florfenicol acts by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis at the ribosomal level. INDICATIONS NUFLOR Pig Premix is indicated for use in the treatment of pig respiratory disease associated with _Actinobacillus _ _pleuropneumoniae_ , _Pasteurella _ _multocida_ , _Mycoplasma_ spp. and _Streptococcus suis_ Type 2.
