Fields of application:

Cleaning of dishes, glasses, cutlery, trays and
working utensils in professional dishwashers in
all food-processing companies, such as
professional kitchens, butcher's shops and
bakeries
Performance spectrum:
•
removes all kinds of food residues, such as coffee
and tea residues as well as starch and protein
deposits
•
especially suitable for use with soft water
•
suitable for glass, porcelain, stainless steel and
alkali-compatible synthetic materials
•
not suitable for aluminium, anodised aluminium
and light metal alloys
•
parts made of silver must be checked for
suitability first
Special properties:

offers increased hygiene safety
•
reliably removes all kinds of food residues

especially effective against protein, coffee and tea
residues
Application and dosage:
neodisher Alka 400 W is used in professional
dishwashers. neodisher Alka 400 W is dosed via
automatic dosing devices. The dosing amount is
2 - 3 ml/l depending on degree of soiling and water
quality.

The required temperature in the main washing tank
has to meet the demands of local conditions
according to the corresponding laws, regulations and
guidelines, such as e.g. DIN 10510 to 10512 and
DIN 10522.
The temperature in the main washing tank should be
at least 55 °C to ensure sufficient hygiene safety.
When working with hard or salty water a special water
treatment is recommended to achieve optimal
results.
