MAGNESIUM SULPHATE INJECTION
ACTIVE CONSTITUENT:
Magnesium Sulphate 250g/L
(Equivalent to 24.7g/L Magnesium)
An aid in the treatment of GRASS TETANY and MAGNESIUM DEFICIENCIES in
cattle.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
USE OF THIS PRODUCT INTRAVENOUSLY MAY BE HAZARDOUS TO THE ANIMAL AND
ADVICE FROM A
REGISTERED VETERINARY SURGEON SHOULD BE SOUGHT
CAUTION: AVOID CARCASS DAMAGE.
This injection must be injected only under the skin.
Maintain cleanliness at all times.
_(Pouches)_
Pre-warm to body temperature, if possible, by immersing pouch in hot
water. Snap tip off
plug, ensuring the solution can flow freely and connect the sterile
needle provided. Disinfect
the injection site and insert the needle under the skin of the neck or
over the ribs. Gently
squeeze the bag to inject the contents. Large volumes should be
distributed over more than
one injection site. If complete recovery does not occur within 3-4
hours repeat injection and
seek veterinary advice.

_If possible warm to body temperature prior to injection. Remove lid
from_
_bottle and place flutter valve securely over neck of bottle. Attach
sterile_
_needle if necessary and sterilise all injection apparatus by boiling
(or equivalent) before_
_use Avoid use of strong disinfectants on apparatus. Disinfect and
clean the injection site_
_and insert the needle under the skin of the neck or over the ribs.
Invert the bottle and_
_depress rubber valve to inject contents. Large volumes should be
distributed over more_
_than one injection site. If complete recovery does not occur within
3-4_
_hours repeat injection and seek veterinary advice_
