Dosage and Administration
Use the contents within 24 hours of first broaching of the vial.
Discard the unused portion.

ADMINISTRATION:
DOSAGE: For subcutaneous injection Cattle: 300-350mL Sheep: 70mL
Warm solution to body temperature. Snap tip off plug and ensure
solution can flow freely.
Disinfect injection site and connect needle to administer under the
skin of the neck and/or
over the ribs or under the skin of the dewlap for sheep. Gently
squeeze the bag to inject
the solution. Large volumes should be distributed over more than one
injection site. Always
maintain cleanliness. Areas may be massaged following injection to
allow for quicker

absorption of solution and reduce the risk of tissue reaction. Repeat
in 6 hours if complete
recovery does not occur and seek veterinary advice.
GENERAL DIRECTIONS:
Use of this product intravenously may be hazardous to the animal and
advice from a
registered veterinary surgeon should be sought. Administration by this
route can be
hazardous and may lead to sudden heart failure.
Caution: avoid carcass damage
1. Sterilise all injection apparatus by boiling (or equivalent) before
use. Avoid use of strong
disinfectants on apparatus.
