CLAIMS:
For control of LEVAMISOLE and FENBENDAZOLE sensitive mature and
immature
roundworms in sheep and lambs and as an AID IN CONTROLLING SELENIUM
DEFICIENCIES in sheep and lambs.
COMBINATOR plus SELENIUM contains Levamisole, a member of the
imidazothiazole
(“clear”) family of chemicals and fenbendazole, a member of the
benzimidazole (“white”)
family of chemicals. It is effective against sensitive and
single-resistant mature and
immature strains of the Roundworms and Lungworms listed below, and to
aid in control of
Tapeworms and Selenium deficiencies in sheep and lambs:
Barbers pole worm (Haemonchus contortus)
Black scour worm (Trichostrongylus spp.)
Hookworm (Bunostomum spp.)
Intestinal threadworm (Strongyloides papillosus)
Nodule worm (Oesophagostomum spp.)
Small brown stomach worm (Ostertagia spp.)
Small intestinal worm (Cooperia spp.)
Large lungworm (Dictyocaulus filaria)
Large mouthed bowel worm (Chabertia ovina)
Thin necked intestinal worm (Nematodirus spp.)
It will aid in the control of Tapeworm (Moniezia spp.).

This product is contraindicated for use in goats, dogs and horses.
This product should
not be used when selenium intake from pasture is high or selenium is
provided by other
means (such as pasture top dressing, vaccine, pellets or selenium
drenches) or if blood
selenium levels at treatment are high. Users can determine selenium
status by consulting a
veterinarian.
