ACTIVE INGREDIENT:
Arnica montana -7%
Relieves muscle pain and stiffness, swelling from injuries,
discoloration from bruises.
USES Temporarily relieves muscle pain and stiffness due to:
minor injuries
overexertion
falls
reduces symptoms of bruising such as : discoloration, pain, swelling.
WARNINGS:
FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes,
wounds,
damaged or irritated skin.
IF PREGNANT OR BREAST-FEEDING, ask a health professional before use.
NURSING MOTHERS SHOULD NOT APPLY TO BREAST AREA.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
STOP USE AND ASK A DOCTOR IF: •symptoms worsen or do not improve
within 3
days •skin irritation, redness or rash occurs.
If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center
immediately.
DIRECTIONS: Apply a thin layer of get to affected area as soon as
possible after minor
injure. Repeat 3 times a day or as needed. If heat or ice is applied,
wait 5 minutes before
applying ointment.
