This permit is issued to the Permit Holder in response to an
application granted by the APVMA
under section 112 of the Agvet Codes of the jurisdictions set out
below. This permit allows a
person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner
specified in this permit in the
designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to claim
that the product can be
used in the manner specified in this permit.

CRITICAL USE COMMENTS:

Use when larvae number exceed 2000 - 5000 per m
2
(determined through weekly
monitoring in the field and laboratory). The presence of adult midge
swarms during
surveys and /or an increase in public complaints may also be
indicative of substantial
increase in midge infestation levels within the lake.

Use the higher rate when water depth exceeds 60 cm, with an additional
1 kg product/ha to
be added per each 20 cm increase in water depth.

