STATEMENT OF IDENTITY: MV: Iron Aspartate, Glycinate/Ascorbic Calcium/
Vitamin
B12/Calcium Threonate/Succinic Acid/Stomach (70 mg-150 mg-10 mcg-2
mg-75 mg-50 mg) is an orally
administered prescription dietary supplement specifically formulated
for the dietary management of
patients with unique nutritional needs for iron deficiencies and B12
deficiencies.
WARNING: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading
cause of fatal poisoning in
children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case
of accidental overdose, call a
doctor or poison control center immediately.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: The usual adult dose is 1 tablet daily with
or without food or
as directed by a licensed medical practitioner. Avoid taking antacids,
dairy products, tea, or coffee
within 2 hours before or after this medication because they will
decrease its effectiveness. Do not lie
down for 10 minutes after taking this medication.
