General Instructions:
Allgon Timber Treatment for Borers and Termites is supplied ready to
use as a preventive
treatment as shown in the directions for use.
When treating very dry surfaces, the treatment will be enhanced if the
surface can be
sprayed with water 3 to 4 hours prior to applying Allgon Timber
Treatment for Borers and
Termites.
For severe infestations, apply two coatings of Allgon Timber Treatment
for Borers and
Termites 3 hours apart.
To assist in the internal penetration of larger sections of timber
structures, drill into the
sections every 600 mm with a 5-20 mm diameter hole. Fill with Allgon
Timber Treatment for
Borers and Termites and stop up ends.
When treating surfaces which may be exposed to rain, it may be
necessary to seal all
surfaces with a suitable sealant.
