APPLICATIONS:
THERMOFLUSH MULTI is an all purpose acid based detergent sanitiser for
milkstone removal. It
is suitable for use throughout both the milking plant and milk vat
cleaning.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
PLANT CLEANING:
1.
Flush Plant
-
Use cold to warm water. Minimum 10 litres per set of
cups.
2.
Hot Acid Detergent
-
Rate 5 litres water per set of cups.

Thermo Flush Multi
-
Use 15ml per 10 litres water (soft to medium water
hardness conditions)
-
Use 30ml per 10 litres water (hard to extremely hard
water conditions)
3.
Allow to drain from plant.
MILK VAT CLEANING:
1.
Flush Plant
-
Use cold to warm water. For best results flush
immediately after milk removal.
2.
Thermoflush Multi
-
Wash milk vat using 15ml per 10 litres hot water (60º-65º)
3.
Rinse
-
Cold to warm water. Use either Idyne or Sodium
Hypochlorite 1ml/litre
4.
Allow to drain from milk vat.

As a routine detergent Thermoflush Multi is compatible with all farm
water particularly those high
in alkalinity and containing minerals.
Thermoflush Multi is part of a sanitising cleaning system. Use in
conjunction with Protosolv
