TARGET SPECIES  

Chicken (broilers).

INDICATIONS FOR USE, SPECIFYING THE  TARGET SPECIES  

Prevention at the group level, when disease is present, of respiratory infections caused by _Escherichia _
_coli_ (sensitive to amoxicillin).

CONTRAINDICATIONS  


  Do  not  use    in    animals  with  known  hypersensitivity  to  penicillins  or  other  substances  of  the ß-
lactam group. 

  Do not use in animals with serious kidney malfunction including anuria and oliguria. 


Presence of β - lactamase producing bacteria. 

  Do not use in lagomorphs and rodents such as rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters or gerbils. 

  Do not use in ruminants or horses.

SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS FOR USE IN ANIMALS  

Use of the product should be based on susceptibility testing of the bacteria isolated from the animal. If 
this is not possible, therapy should be based on local (regional, farm level) epidemiological information 
about susceptibility of the target bacteria.
