EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE
This medicine acts on opioid receptors and has a potent analgesic
effect.
It is usually used to relieve pain during operation under general
anesthetic or during artificial
respiration in intensive care.
THE FOLLOWING PATIENTS MAY NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS
MEDICINE.BE SURE TO TELL YOUR DOCTOR
AND PHARMACIST.
・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch,
rash, etc.) to any medicines
or foods.
If you are within 1 week after stopping nalmefene hydrochloride.
If you recognize the weakness in physical strength.
If you have symptoms of hypovolemia (shock, pallor, cold sweat,
weakness, decreased body
temperature and blood pressure, tachycardia, respiratory failure,
cyanosis, and disturbed
consciousness), any disorders of the heart or blood vessels, such as
high blood pressure and
trouble in opening/ closing the valves of the heart, arrhythmia, any
failure in respiratory
function such as chronic lung disease, or asthma.
If you have experienced to not be able to stop taking the medicine
when you need to
discontinue the administration, or convulsive seizures.
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may
interact to enhance or
