EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE
This medicine has antihistamine effects and suppresses actions of
substances causing allergy.
It is usually used in the treatment of hives, vasomotor edema, hay
fever and itch (eczema,
dermatitis, cutaneous pruritus and drug eruption) associated with skin
diseases. It also used to
treat allergic rhinitis, vasomotor rhinitissneeze, and nasal discharge
and cough associated with
upper airway inflammation such as common cold.
THE FOLLOWING PATIENTS MAY NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS
MEDICINE.BE SURE TO TELL YOUR DOCTOR
AND PHARMACIST.
・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch,
rash, etc.) to any medicines
or foods.
If you have: glaucoma or occlusive disease in the lower urinary tract
such as prostate
enlargement (urination difficulty).
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may
interact to enhance or
diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and
dietary supplements
as well as other prescription medicines.)
