Properties:
niroklar 2000 is an acidic detergent based on phosphoric acid with a
large amount of
special wetting agents and has the following properties:
•
effectively solves mineral deposits and other acid-soluble deposits
•
emulsifying
•
infiltrates organic deposits and supports their removal
•
good dirt-carrying ability, re-usable
•
foam-free at temperatures over 40 °C
•
good material compatibility
•
suitable for stainless steel, aluminium, copper, tin as well as rubber
and acid-
compatible synthetic materials
•
highly effective corrosion inhibitors prevent an attack on light metal
and non-
ferrous metal surfaces
Dosage:
Cleaning via CIP or circulation processes:
1.0 - 2.5 weight% at 40 - 80 °C depending on application and degree
of soiling.
Cleaning of plastic transport crates in cleaning plants:
With lightly soiled crates dosage: 0.3 - 0.5 weight%.
The acid-compatibility of the cleaning plant, the items to be cleaned
and the drain pipes
must be tested first or the acidic cleaning must be approved by the
plant manufacturer.
With
