SITUATION
MILKING PLANT
Sanitise before or after milking when the plant has been washed and
rinsed well. Use
DAIRY POWER AQUASAN CONCENTRATE in hot water (65 degree C - 85 degree
C) for
10 minutes. Open plant and allow to drain dry.
MILK VATS
AUTOWASH - Add sufficient sanitiser to the reservoir to suit water
volume to be circulated.
Open plant and allow to drain dry.

For MILKING PLANT & MILK VAT: 0.05 - 0.10% v/v. RLP APPROVED

CRITICAL COMMENTS
1. Allow a volume of 5L of water per set of cups, or 10L if reverse
flow cleaning.
2. Restrictions on sanitiser flow rate and air agitation will reduce
possible foam problems.
3. A maximum pH of 4 in solution is desirable.
Consult your Ecolab representative if water hardness is extreme.
