_DRUG FACTS:_
_ACTIVE INGREDIENT_
Menthol 4.00%
Topical Analgesic
_INDICATIONS:_
For the temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and
joints associated with:
• arthritis • simple backache • sprains • bruises • strains
_WARNINGS:_
• For external use only.
• Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes.
• If symptoms persist for more than seven days, discontinue use and
consult physician.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
• If swallowed, contact physician or Poison Control center.
• Do not apply to wounds a damaged skin.
• Do not bandage tightly or use with a heating pad.
DO NOT USE
if pregnant or breast feeding, contact physician prior to use.
_DIRECTIONS:_
• Adults and children 12 years of age or older: Apply to affected
area not more than three to four times
daily.
• Massage into affected area until fully absorbed.
• Children under 12 years of age: consult a physician.
_ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:_
• Store at room temperature, in a cool, dry place.
• Do not use if tamper evident seal has been broken.
