Each ml contains xylazine hydrochloride equivalent to 20 mg of base activity. _ _ PHARMACOLOGY Calezine 20 a non-narcotic compound is an analgesic and sedative as well as a muscle relaxant. Its analgesic and sedative activity is related to central nervous system depression.
