WHAT TEFIN GEL IS USED FOR
TEFIN GEL is indicated for the
topical treatment of fungal
infections.
HOW TEFIN GEL WORKS
Terbinafine is an Allylamine
group which has a broad spectrum
of antifungal activity in fungal
infections of the skin. It works by
killing the fungi causing skin
problems.
Ask your pharmacist or doctor if
you have any questions about this
medicine.
BEFORE YOU USE TEFIN GEL

Do not use TEFIN GEL if:

You are hypersensitive to any
medicine containing
Terbinafine or any of the
ingredients listed at the end of
this leaflet.

Your children are under 2 years
of age as this preparation
contains Benzyl Alcohol
_-Before you start to use it_
_Pregnancy and breast feeding_:
Terbinafine is secreted in breast
milk, and therefore mothers
should not receive TEFIN GEL
while breast-feeding. Infants
should also not be allowed to
come into contact with any
treated skin, including breast.
Ask your doctor or pharmacist for
advice before taking any
medicine.
