medtronic sofamor danek vertex™ reconstruction system
medtronic international, ltd. - orthopaedics - it is intended to promote fusion and to help provide immobilization and stabilization of spinal segments as an adjunct to fusion of the occipito-cervical, cervical and/or upper thoracic spine.
medtronic sofamor danek zephir™ anterior cervical plate system
medtronic international, ltd. - orthopaedics - it is intended for anterior interbody screw fixation of the cervical spine. it is indicated for use in the temporary stabilization of the anterior spine during the development of cervical spine fusions in patients with degenerative disc disease.
medtronic sofamor danek catalyft™ pl expandable interbody system
medtronic international, ltd. - orthopaedics - the catalyft™ pl expandable interbody system is indicated for use as an intervertebral body fusion device in skeletally mature patients with degenerative disc disease (ddd - defined by discogenic back pain with degeneration of the disc confirmed by patient history and radiographic studies) at one or two contiguous levels of the lumbar spine (l2-s1). these ddd patients may also have up to grade 1 spondylolisthesis or retrolisthesis at the involved levels. these patients should be skeletally mature and have undergone 6 months of non-operative treatment prior to surgery. implants are used to facilitate fusion in the lumbar spine using autogenous bone graft and/or allograft bone graft comprised of cancellous and/or corticocancellous bone, and/or demineralized allograft bone with bone marrow aspirate. these implants are intended for use with supplemental internal fixation systems.
medtronic sofamor danek cement delivery device
medtronic international, ltd. - orthopaedics - cement delivery device to guide cement delivery
medtronic sofamor danek cd horizon legacy multi-axial screw
medtronic international, ltd. - orthopaedics - multi- axial screws which are part of the cd horizon™ spinal system is intended for posterior, non- cervical fixation as an adjunct to fusion for the following indications: degenerative disc disease (ddd - defined as back pain of discogenic origin with degeneration of the discconfirmed by history and radiographic studies), spondylolisthesis, trauma (i.e. fracture or dislocation), spinal stenosis, curvatures (i.e. scoliosis, kyphosis, or lordosis), tumor, pseudarthrosis, and/or failed previous fusion.
medtronic sofamor danek cd horizon™ spinal system mrc
medtronic international, ltd. - orthopaedics - the cd horizon™ spinal system with or without sextant™ instrumentation is intended for posterior, non-cervical fixation as an adjunct to fusion for the following indications: degenerative disc disease (ddd - defined as back pain of discogenic origin with degeneration of the disc confirmed by history and radiographic studies), spondylolisthesis, trauma (i.e. fracture or dislocation), spinal stenosis, curvatures (i.e. scoliosis, kyphosis, or lordosis), tumor, pseudarthrosis, and/or failed previous fusion. when used as an anterolateral thoracic/lumbar system, the cd horizon™ spinal system may also be used for the same indications as an adjunct to fusion.
medtronic sofamor danek vertex™ reconstruction system
medtronic international, ltd. - orthopaedics - the vertex® reconstruction system is intended to help provide immobilization and stabilization of spinal segments as an adjunct to fusion of the occipital, cervical, and/or upper thoracic spine. when intended as an adjunct to fusion of the occipitocervical spine, cervical spine, and the thoracic spine (occiput-t3), the vertex® reconstruction system is indicated for skeletally mature patients using allograft and/or autograft for the following: ddd (neck pain of discogenic origin with degeneration of the disc confirmed by history and radiographic studies), spondylolisthesis, spinal stenosis, fracture, dislocation, failed previous fusion, and/or tumors.
medtronic sofamor danek cd horizon solera 4.75 spinal system lateral connector
medtronic international, ltd. - orthopaedics - lateral connectors which are part of the cd horizon™ spinal system is intended for posterior, non-cervical fixation as an adjunct to fusion for the following indications: degenerative disc disease (ddd - defined as back pain of discogenic origin with degeneration of the disc confirmed by history and radiographic studies), spondylolisthesis, trauma (i.e. fracture or dislocation), spinal stenosis, curvatures (i.e. scoliosis, kyphosis, or lordosis), tumor, pseudarthrosis, and/or failed previous fusion. except for hooks, when used as an anterolateral thoracic/lumbar system, the cd horizon™ spinal system may also be used for the same indications as an adjunct to fusion.
medtronic sofamor danek cd horizon solera™ spinal system
medtronic international, ltd. - orthopaedics - intended to help provide immobilization and stabilization of spinal segments as an adjunct to fusion of the thoracic, lumbar, or sacral spine.
medtronic sofamor danek cornerstone psr cervical fusion system
medtronic international, ltd. - orthopaedics - the cornerstone® psr device is indicated for cervical interbody fusion procedures in skeletally mature patients with cervical disc disease at one level from the c2-c3 disc to the c7-t1 disc. cervical disc disease is defined as intractable radiculopathy and/or myelopathy with herniated disc and/or osteophyte formation on posterior vertebral endplates producing symptomatic nerve root and/or spinal cord compression confirmed by radiographic studies. this device is to be used in patients who have had six weeks of non-operative treatment. the cornerstone® psr device is to be used with supplemental fixation. the cornerstone® psr device is also required to be used with autograft.
