Directions for Use: Restraints: Contraindications: Precautions: Side Effects: Dosage and Administration: USE ALL PRODUCT WITHIN 4 HOURS OF RECONSTITUTION. MIX WELL BY GENTLE SHAKING. Vaccinate healthy animals only. For intramuscular (IM) or subcutaneous (SC) injection. Reconstitute the vaccine in sterile Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) Diluent. Select amount of diluent to be used on number of doses per vial (200 mL per 1000 doses). Administer 0.2 mL of the vaccine by IM or SC injection. RLP APPROVED General Directions: Wash and disinfect hands and equipment after vaccinating. Vaccination program The optimum time and method of administration depend largely upon the local situation. Therefore, the advice of a veterinarian should be sought. The vaccine can be administered to chickens from 6 weeks of age onwards. To make sure that adequate antibody levels are present at the onset of lay, breeding stock has to be vaccinated at least 6 weeks before this onset. Immunity The indication of high neutralising antibody levels is generally dependent on the health and condition of the birds. Hygiene and management are also important in the post vaccination period. Breeding stock have to be vaccinated by at least 6 weeks before onset of lay.
