WHAT MACGEL TABLET
IS USED FOR
MACGEL TABLET acts as an antacid to
relieve flatulence or stomach discomfort due
to
increased
secretion
of
stomach
acid,
stomach ulcer, duodenal ulcer and gastric
inflammation.
HOW MACGEL TABLET
WORKS
Magnesium
Hydroxide
and
Aluminium
Hydroxide are antacids which neutralize the
acid secretion in the stomach.
Dimethylpolysiloxane
breaks
the
gas
bubbles
produced
due
to
indigestion
and
relieves stomach bloatness and discomfort.
BEFORE YOU USE MACGEL TABLET
_-When you must not use it_
Do
not
use
Macgel
Tablet
if
you
have
allergy towards any ingredients in this tablet
preparation.
Do not use this medicine after the expiry
date or if the packaging is torn.
_-Before you start to use it _
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have
any medical conditions

_Taking other medicines _
Tell your doctor if you are taking any other
medicines,
including
any
that
you
buy
without
a
prescription
from
a
pharmacy,
supermarket or health food shop.
Macgel
tablet
should
not
be
given
in
conjunction with tetracycline antibiotics.
HOW TO USE MACGEL TABLET
_-How much to use _
Adults: Chew 2-4 tablets before swallowing
or swallow whole.
_-When to use it _
Take 4 times daily after meals and at
bedtime.
_-How long to use it _
Take Macgel Tablet for the duration
as your
doctor or pharmacist advised you to do so.
_-If you forget to use it _
If you missed a dose of Macgel Tablet, take
it as soon as possible. If it is approaching
time for the next dose, do not double the
dose to make up for the forgotten dose.
_-If you use too much (overdose) _
