GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
KOMBO 950 ADJUVANT
should be used with non-selective herbicides only,

KOMBO 950 ADJUVANT
is
an
adjuvant product for use with Glyphosate herbicides.
KOMBO 950 ADJUVANT
components will help the performance
of
glyphosate herbicides by:-
Acidifying
the
sprav water
Kombo 950 Adjuvant will reduce the effects
of
"alkaline hydrolysis"
ie.
breakdown
of
the
glyphosate herbicide
in
the presence
of
alkaline water.
Increasing
the
spray droplet spread
Kombo 950 Adjuvant will lower the surface tension
of
the spray water, thereby improving spray
coverage.
Softening
the
spray water
Kombo 950 Adjuvant will reduce the effects of "hard water" ie.water
that contains high levels
of
free calcium and magnesium ions that can cause tie-up
of
the glyphosate herbicide.
Increasing leaf penetration
Kombo 950 Adjuvant will assist in dissolving the waxy cuticular layer
on
the surface
of
the leaf
thereby allowing faster and more thorough entry of the glyphosate into
the plant tissue.
