Diluent for reconstitution: Sterile water for injection USP
5 x 2 mL vials
STORAGE
Store at room temperature (15-30°C).
Protect from light.
After reconstitution, store in the refrigerator (4°C) for up to 24
hours.
Do not freeze reconstituted solution.

ENTREPOSAGE
Conserver à la température ambiante (entre 15 et 30 °C), à l'abri
de la
lumière.
Une fois reconstituée, la solution doit être réfrigérée (à 4
°C). Se conserve
pendant 24 heures.
La solution reconstituée ne doit pas être congelée.

. CONSIDER ALL WARNINGS, CONTRAINDICATIONS, AND
PRECAUTIONS AND FOLLOW DIRECTIONS REGARDING DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
CAREFULLY.
Dosage and Administration: Refer to the package insert for information
on heartworm disease classification. Administer 2.5 mg/kg (0.1 mL/kg)
twice,
24 hours apart to dogs with asymptomatic (Class 1) to stabilized,
moderate (Class 2) heartworm disease. Alternate Dosing Regime: Dogs
with severe
(Class 3) heartworm disease should be stabilized prior to treatment
and then dosed with a single injection at 2.5 mg/kg (0.1 mL/kg) then
approximately 1 month later with 2.5 mg/kg
