1. CHE COS'È EPROSARTAN MYLAN GENERICS E A COSA SERVE
Eprosartan Mylan Generics contiene eprosartan, che appartiene ad una
classe di medicinali noti come
“bloccanti del recettore per l'angiotensina II”. L’angiotensina
II è una sostanza prodotta dall’organismo,
che causa il restringimento dei vasi sanguigni.Questo rende il flusso
del sangue attraverso i vasi sanguigni
più difficoltoso e la pressione sanguigna aumenta. Eprosartan blocca
questa azione, così i vasi sanguigni
si rilassano e la pressione sanguigna si abbassa.
Eprosartan Mylan Generics viene usato per trattare l’ipertensione
sanguigna.

Compressa rivestita con film.
300 mg: compressa di colore bianco-biancastro, rivestita con film,
ovale, biconvessa, con bordo smussato, con
impresso “M EN1” in inchiostro nero su di un lato e liscia
sull’altro lato.
400 mg: compressa di colore rosa, rivestita con film, a forma di
capsula, biconvessa, con bordo smussato, con
impresso “M EN2” in inchiostro nero su di un lato e liscia
sull’altro lato.
600 mg: compressa di colore bianco-biancastro, rivestita con film, a
forma di capsula, biconvessa, con bordo
smussato, con impresso “M EN3” in inchiostro nero su di un alto e

INFORMAZIONI CLINICHE
4.1.
INDICAZIONI TERAPEUTICHE
Eprosartan è indicato nel trattamento dell’ipertensione essenziale.
Eprosartan è indicato negli adulti.
4.2.
POSOLOGIA E MODO DI SOMMINISTRAZIONE
Posologia
La dose consigliata è di 600 mg di eprosartan una volta al giorno.
Il raggiungimento della massima riduzione della pressione sanguigna
nella maggior parte dei pazienti può
richiedere da 2 a 3 settimane di trattamento.
