indicaciones terapéuticas:

The Columbus REV F MC Gliding Surface is a fixed bearing, medium constraint meniscal component made from UHMWPE and used in combination with all Columbus REV F Tibial components. The Gliding surface is delivered with a screw that corresponds to the insert height. The Gliding Surface has a post located centrally to interface with the cam on the femoral component. The mechanics of the interface limits rotational motion and provides minimal varus/valgus stability. The implant is used as a component part of a human knee endoprosthesis in combination with Columbus Revision components during revision of primary knee arthroplasty. Both osseous defects and soft tissue dysfunctions can be treated with Columbus Revision. Indicated for severe knee joint conditions that cannot be treated through other therapies: ? Degenerative osteoarthritis ? Rheumatoid arthritis ? Posttraumatic arthritis ? Symptomatic knee instability ? Knee stiffness ? Deformation of the knee joint ? Used as revision implants in cases where primary implants have failed
