PER13274 Permit Version 1 Page 1 of 2 PERMIT TO ALLOW MINOR USE OF AN AGVET CHEMICAL PRODUCT FOR THE CONTROL OF SILVER LEAF NIGHTSHADE IN PASTURES PERMIT NUMBER –PER13274 This permit is issued to the Permit Holder in response to an application granted by the APVMA under section 112 of the Agvet Codes of the jurisdictions set out below. This permit allows a person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner specified in this permit in the designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to claim that the product can be used in the manner specified in this permit. THIS PERMIT IS IN FORCE FROM 9 MARCH 2012 TO 31 MARCH 2022. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: CROP PEST RATE PASTURES (NON-LEGUMES), SILVER LEAF NIGHTSHADE For 2,4-D (625 g/L) - 1.2 to 1.6 L/ha ROADSIDES, RIGHTS-OF-WAY, (_Solanum elaeagnifolium_) + summer mineral crop oil such as STOCK ROUTES AND FALLOWS (CLASS 3 OR 4 NOXIOUS WEED DC-trate (as per adjuvant label) by IN NSW) boom spray in at least 100L/ha. For 2,4-D (500 g/L) - 1.5 to 2.0 L/ha + summer mineral crop oil such as DC-trate (as per adjuvant label) by boom spray in at least 100L/ha. CRITICAL USE COMMENTS: APPLY 2,4- D to actively growing seedlings and suckers that are 5-30 cm high in early summer. During summers with high rainfall, further applications may be necessary to control new seedlings. Use higher rate on older, dense infestations. Repeat application with either 2,4-D or glyphosate during early berry formation in late summer or autumn to prevent formation of viable seeds.
