PROTECTION OF WILDLIFE, FISH, CRUSTACEANS AND THE ENVIRONMENT:
These blocks are hazardous to aquatic life.
DO NOT contaminate streams, rivers and waterways with the chemical or
used containers.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL:
Store in the closed, original container, in a dry, cool, well
ventilated area out of direct sunlight.
Puncture or shred and bury empty containers in a local authority
landfill. If no landfill is available,
bury the containers below 500mm in a disposal pit specifically marked
and set up for this purpose
clear of waterways, vegetation and roots. Empty containers and product
should not be burnt.
SAFETY DIRECTIONS:
Harmful if swallowed. The blocks will irritate eyes, nose, throat and
skin. Avoid contact with eyes
and skin. When using the product wear elbow length PVC gloves. After
each days use wash
gloves and contaminated clothing.
FIRST AID:
If poisoning occurs, contact a doctor or Poisons Information Centre
(Phone 13 11 26). If skin
contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and wash skin thoroughly.
If in eyes, hold eyes
open, flood with water for at least 15 minutes and see a doctor.
