_DESCRIPTION: _
A clear yellow to light brown solution _ _
_PHARMACOLOGICAL INFO: _
Acriflavine is a slow-acting disinfectant. It is bacterio-static
against many gram-positive bacteria but less effective
against gram-negative organism._ _
_INDICATION:_
For treatment of infected wounds, burns and skin infections.
_DIRECTION:_
The affected skin should be cleansed and dried. Apply
yellow lotion liberally and cover with a dressing or bandage.
Apply once or twice daily.
_ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION:_
Topical
_SIDE EFFECTS:_
May cause photosensitivity and is incompatible with
preparations which contain Chlorine such as Eusol.
_PRECAUTIONS:_
Not recommended for prolonged use on wounds as it may
delay healings.
_CONTRAINDICATION:_
Avoid prolonged use on wounds.
_SYMPTOMS AND TREATMENT OF OVERDOSE:_
If accidentally introduced into the eyes, wash with running
water and seek immediate medical treatment. For external
use only. Keep out of reach of children. If symptoms
persist, consult doctor.
_STORAGE CONDITION:_
Keep container tightly closed after used and store below

Do not use beyond the expiry date.
