DOSAGE FORM:
Colorless to yellow or brown limpid injection. It may have a
reddish or purplish tinge or a slight opalescent light.

EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE
This medicine is converted in the body from foslevodopa and
foscarbidopa to levodopa and
carbidopa, respectively. Levodopa is taken up in the brain and acts as
dopamine, while
carbidopa facilitates the transfer of levodopa into the brain, and
this combination improves
daily variations in the symptoms of Parkinson's disease.
It is usually used to improve daily variations in the symptoms of
Parkinson's disease (wearing-
off phenomenon) when existing pharmacotherapy, including
levodopa-containing medications,
has not been sufficiently effective.
THE FOLLOWING PATIENTS MAY NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS

・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itching,
rash, etc.) to any
medicines or foods.
If you have angle-closure glaucoma, lung disease, bronchial asthma or
endocrine system
diseases, chronic open angle glaucoma, diabetes mellitus, renal
dysfunction, or hepatic
dysfunction.
If you have or have a history of gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer,
cardiac disease, or
psychological symptoms (e.g., suicidal tendency).
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may
